Relevant Jurisprudence

In this section of the Legal Corner, you’ll find jurisprudence on the interpretation of several provisions under the Privacy Act. As well, we include here jurisprudence that has interpreted key concepts in other legislation, such as the Access to Information Act and the Official Languages Act, to the extent that such cases involve legal principles relevant to our Office’s mandate, powers and authorities.
