The Privacy Commissioner of Canada, George Radwanski, will address the 2003 Dr. Abdul Lodhi Memorial Lecture on Human Rights, organized by the Atlantic Human Rights Centre at St. Thomas University, Fredericton, New Brunswick. The title of the speech is Privacy and Racial Discrimination.
