Privacy Commissioner to discuss findings of investigation into Pornhub operator

The Privacy Commissioner of Canada, Philippe Dufresne, will hold a news conference to discuss the findings of an investigation into Aylo (formerly MindGeek), which operates Pornhub and other adult websites.

The Commissioner’s Report of Findings and news release were issued today, following the Federal Court of Appeal’s decision to deny Aylo’s attempt at preventing the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada from publishing the report.
