Privacy Commissioner of Canada to appear before Senate Standing Committee on Banking, Commerce and the Economy to discuss Bill C-15

Privacy Commissioner of Canada Philippe Dufresne will appear on Thursday, December 4, before the Senate Standing Committee on Banking, Commerce and the Economy to discuss certain privacy implications in Bill C-15, the Budget 2025 Implementation Act, No. 1.

Commissioner Dufresne will be accompanied by Marc Chénier, Deputy Commissioner and Senior General Counsel.
