Privacy Commissioner of Canada to appear before Standing Committee on Industry and Technology on Bill C-15

Privacy Commissioner of Canada Philippe Dufresne will appear before the Standing Committee on Industry and Technology (INDU) on Monday, January 26, to discuss provisions related to data mobility in Bill C-15, the Budget 2025 Implementation Act, No. 1. He will be accompanied by Marc Chénier, Deputy Commissioner and Senior General Counsel.
