Privacy Commissioner’s remarks on his 2015-16 Annual Report

At a news conference at the National Press Theatre in Ottawa Privacy Commissioner Daniel Therrien made remarks about his Annual Report, tabled in Parliament today.

His remarks focused on the urgent need to modernize Canada’s privacy framework. He also discussed some of the Office’s recent national security-related work.
