Privacy Commissioner of Canada to appear before Standing Senate Committee on National Security, Defence and Veterans Affairs on Bill C-22

Privacy Commissioner of Canada Philippe Dufresne will appear today before the Standing Senate Committee on National Security, Defence and Veterans Affairs to discuss Bill C-22, the Lawful Access Act, 2026. He will be accompanied by Marc Chénier, Deputy Commissioner and Senior General Counsel.
