All emails, reports, briefing notes, analyses, correspondence produced or obtained by the OPC since January 1, 2015 about expanding Public Safety Canada's Annual Report on the Use of Electronic Surveillance that would include new surveillance powers in the Criminal Code that carry no reporting requirements, including but not limited to: records and data production orders (section: 487.012); production orders for account information (487.013); warrants of tracers/GPS location devices (section 492.1) and for various types of metadata, call number logs, or IMSI catchers (section 492.2).
